My holiday

Who	What	When	Why	Where
My mum Solomon Mala Sal Joe And all the adults.	Went to Tawhirinui for camping and the beach.	In the school holidays	Because it was a good opportunity.	Tawhirinui.

Smell	See	Hear	Feel	Taste	Think/say

It was a nice hot day when my mum and I arrived at Tawhirinui.

Straight away I could see lots of tents and the biggest one was Solomons.

I told my mum to stop the car so I could go and say hi to Solomon but she said no.

So after awhile she stopped and I got out.

Later we went down to the beach for a short swim.

It was really nice and refreshing. We dug a hole so  deep that it went over our heads.

Then we put all of our boogie boards on top of the hole and got inside.

It was like a sandy hut. The adults thought it was a bit dangerous because the

hole might collapse and we might suffocate and die. So we got out. I could not wait

To come back the next day.
